Amanda has been
playing the accordion since the age of 8, under the guidance of Fred Hanna.
Over the years she has been influenced by many players including Fred Hanna,
Mick Foster, Gary Blair, Declan Aungier and the late Jimmy Shand and Dermot
O’Brien to name a few and is heavily influenced by Scottish Dance Bands and
Ceilidh/Ceili Bands.
She has competed in and won numerous competitions both in Northern Ireland
and further afield.
